Hi. I’m sorry to contact support; I’m not usually a complainer, but I ordered from Big Jam’s Buffalo Shed like six hours ago. The app has been on “Preparing your order” for five of them. What’s going on?
My food could just be sitting on the pickup counter getting colder and colder as I type this message. No one would want to eat the Ludicrous Nightmare Nachos at room temperature. The cheese will be totally solid! Will Bacardi 151 even remain aflame for five hours?
I saw on the news that part of Maine broke off and fell into the sea recently. I know BJBS is on the coast; could that be the holdup? I’ve called the restaurant like ten times, no answer. Please help me sort out my food. We’re starving over here.
